* **Enabled:** `true`\
  *Determines whether the seatbelt feature is active.*
* **Key:** `'L'`\
  *Specifies the key binding used to toggle the seatbelt.*
* **Desc:** `'Toogle seatbelt'`\
  *A short description for the seatbelt toggle functionality.*
* **MaxVehicleSpeedToRagdoll:** `70`\
  *Defines the maximum vehicle speed at which a ragdoll effect may be triggered if the seatbelt is not fastened.*
